Policies are established for your protection.
* Item(s) shipped immediately after receiving full payment, usually within 2-3 business days.
* All effort is made to ship small items together, however some items may be shipped separately. Some heavy, over-sized or fragile items may require additional shipping costs.
* Shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States only.
* No International Shipping (unless specifically provided for on a particular item, or arranged for a custom order).
* No Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii (unless specifically provided for on a particular item, or arranged for a custom order).
* No P.O. Box Delivery (unless you have personally signed-up for the USPS street address service, which you must obtain from your local Post Office).
* No APO/FPO Delivery (unless specifically provided for on a particular item, or arranged for a custom order).
* Confirmed Addresses Only.
* Items shipped after receiving full payment.
* Shipping by UPS Ground (or USPS) unless merchandise requires special freight instructions.
* Tracking provided.

* Returns accepted only within 30 days.
* Buyer must contact by email within 5 days of receiving item.
* Buyer must pay return shipping, insurance if applicable and any restocking fee.
* Order ID# from packing slip must be written on outside of box.
* Item must be in same box with same materials, and packaged in same manner as received.
* Item cannot be defaced in any manner (optional- take photo of item for your records).
* Save order and ID# for your records.
* All sales are final and no refunds on custom or personalized orders, unless broken.
* For broken or defective items, Contact Us by email immediately BEFORE shipping, for return instructions.
* Refunds cannot be issued if item is not received AND processed within 30 days.
* For your protection, inspect your purchase carefully before breaking any seals or putting item into use, and save packaging materials in condition as received. If any damage or defect is found take a close-up and full photo of item, and as seen in package, for your personal records.
* All returns must have an assigned RA # (Return Authorization). Customer must Contact Us within 5 days to receive RA#, prompt processing, and guarantee of any refund.
* We follow supplier/manufacturer return requirements. Upon receipt of your Request For Return, you will be notified of any special instructions.
* No refund or credits are issued for items lost in transit if you do not have RA and tracking #, and refunds for items shipped to the wrong address may also be denied. Customer is responsible for obtaining a tracking # unless supplier has arranged a package pickup.
* Due to Health & Safety Regulations, No refunds for vacumn-packed or shrink-wrapped items if airtight packaging is punctured or opened, (ie. for linens, bedding, or any other item).
* No returns on any food item; if item is spoiled, then contact us with Lot # and dates by email immediately.
* No returns on untagged or laundered footwear or clothing items; if item is defective, then contact us by email immediately. Inspect item before seals or tags are removed.
* Any item that lists shipping cost as $0.00, may have shipping cost included in price and any return shipping will be deducted from the listed selling price shown at point of sale, and your refund will be the lesser amount (with shipping cost deducted from listed price).
* Regarding returns of luxury or high-priced items (ie. fine jewelry, decor, furnishings): Insurance and shipping cost may appear as $0.00 when included in selling price, and will be deducted from the amount of any refund in addition to any insurance cost, restocking fee and cost for possible requirement of certified receipt of item by signature, and your refund will reflect the lesser amount, with deductions made from the original listed price.
* Regarding items shipped from point of origin outside the Continental USA, and items under Health & Safety Requirements (ie. bedding): Return and refund processing may take up to 4-10 weeks; your return package must still be received within 21-30 days, or per supplier instructions.
* Item must reach the distributor/manufacturer (point of shipping origin, or a specified return center) before the end of the 30-Day Return Policy. We are subject to the same restrictions as our customer, and we are not able to issue the customer a refund, unless we are also issued a refund- this is why it is very important for you to Contact Us immediately. We will do everything possible to process your return in the time required, and have you receive a refund promptly.
